3) Keep your control. EBay wants to take away a sellers right to give negatives and control their own business. This system will give the seller control over his auction bidders BEFORE the damage is done.
4) It just feels good! When you get the completely undeserved negative feedback – you want to let the buyer know that you have struck back at him by reporting him to the OBB.
